Class: Your class of character. You choose. Pick something appropriate. Examples: Paladin, Alchemist, Mage, Bushcraft Sage Ninja
Forumite Name: Your name on the Beast's Lair forums. Include alternate names if you want.
Character Code: Programming will probably do this for you, so you can leave it blank. But it's a short name up (2-4 characters) that abbreviates your name. Most people already have this. Check here for your character code.

Go crazy here describing stuff. Try to cover as many bases as possible.
Keywords, Origin Word
Keywords: Keywords and/or phrases that describe your character.
Origin Word: A single word or idea that is a definition of self. It is immutable and undeniable. Put a lot of thought into this. And I mean it. Guidelines: IGNORE ALL CONNOTATIONS TO THE WORD. There are no "good" or "bad" Origins. Find a word that, be DICTIONARY DEFINITION, describes you.
Examples
Ryougi Shiki is Emptiness. She'll always feel empty or unfulfilled inside, no matter what she does. That's why she wants a fight to the death, since it makes her feel more alive. Or something like that.
Kokuto Azaka is Taboo. She always does stuff that is generally frowned upon by society. This is not limited to just her incestuous love for Mikiya.
Royal Knight is Self-Sacrifice. He will always end up putting himself in a position to help someone else who's in an unfortunate situation, taking the pain for himself. Even if he has no right or reason to do so.

Stats (Relative to Others)
Physical Attributes
Strength (STR): Physical power. Affects melee damage directly. Affects ability to penetrate defenses. Affects battle fatigue and battle wounds.
Endurance (END): Fortitude or stamina. Helps determine HP. Helps determine TP. Affects battle fatigue and battle wounds.
Dexterity (DEX): Manual skill with hands and hand-eye coordination. Affects ranged damage directly. Affects ability to cause a critical hit. Affects ability to hit an opponent.
Speed (SPD): Quickness and ease of movement. Affects initiative, ATB rate, and evasion.
Mental Attributes
Willpower (WILL): The ability to handle, focus, and control od. Affects the power of the spells directly. Affects MP usage (i.e. less waste MP). Ability to channel mana.
Intelligence (INT): The power of the mind. Affects spell cast speed (incantations). Affects skill learning. Affects initiative. Affects Spell crits.
Spirit (SPI): Resilience to status effects and curses. Affects boost from adrenaline and TP/MP regeneration. Affects battle fatigue and the effects of battle wounds.
Other
Luck (LUK): The ability to avoid destiny or reverse your fate. Affects many things to a small degree.
Magic Circuits (MC): The amount of magic circuits, or maryoku kairo (é”力回路). The number is fixed. Helps determine MP. The difference between a mage, a hybrid, and a melee fighter. A normal mage has 20. Matou Shinji has 0. Aozaki Touko has 20. Shirou has 27 (though he's a complicated case). Araya Souren has 30. A very talented mage like Tohsaka Rin has 40. Royal Knight has 5. Delirium Elephants has 25. I don't want to see someone with like 200 circuits, nor do I want to see a the Incredible Hulk with 15.
